Board meetings are every 3 months, February, May, August and November.  All meetings are open to homeowners.  Owners can sit and listen to the board members discuss business but cannot comment during their time.  Owners can talk after the meeting.

 

The homeowners annual meeting is held once a year in May.  

Litus to Let takes the meeting minutes for all the meetings not our secretary.  When I am at the beach and attend the board meetings and annual meeting, I post meeting notes.  The minutes are approved at the following meeting for the previous meeting.  For the annual homeowners meeting held once a year in May, the board approved minutes are posted as a draft until they can be approved the following year.  All meeting minutes are current.
