THIS EMAIL BULLETIN IS BEING SENT TO ALL OWNERS

South Hampton Homeowners,

As you all know we held our annual meeting, via zoom, on May 8^th.  There were 8 homeowners who submitted a Board of Directors Nomination Application.  Thanks to all the nominees for your willingness to serve on the board.  This year we had all 5 positions open due to the postponement of our 2020 elections.  We also want to thank everyone who submitted their proxy for voting as we did meet the requirements of a quorum.  It was good to see so many homeowners attending the Zoom Meeting.  The voting and election of directors was extended to May 10^th due to some email confusion.  All the votes were counted by a third party CPA and we want to thank our homeowner, Jim Bowyer, for volunteering his time to work with our CPA in counting and validating the votes.

The results:

2 Year Term:  Hank Cigolle, Robert Jones, Tom Leonti

1 Year Term:  Chuck Campagna, Jerry Noel  

The new board held their 1^st meeting on May 12^th to select board positions.  The results are:

Treasurer – Robert Jones

Secretary – Jerry Noel

Director – Hank Cigolle

We also needed to determine our Delegate and Alternate Delegate to be representatives to the KPMA Board and represent the South Hampton.

Alternate Delegate – Robert Jones

Both Hank and Robert attended our first KPMA meeting this past Saturday.
