Dryer Vent Wizard will be in the building to clean the dryer vents on floors 1 through 8 on April 24, 2026. The units that are not serviced on the 24th will be done on April 30, 2026.  

Annual Homeowners Meeting is May 16th in the Lobby Lounge.
