Dear South Hampton Homeowners,

We are working to get the Waterproofing Project General Contractor back on site to do final warranty repair touchup work to our railings and decks as needed.  We already have a few homeowners who contacted us and we are asking any homeowner who has a workmanship or product concern with their railings or decks to contact John Taylor at LITUS* To Let to get your name on the list.  We need your concerns reported to John by the end of the business day on Monday, October 11, 2021.  The concern has to be from workmanship or product failure to be covered in the warranty repair work.  Normal wear is not covered.  Our goal is to get this work done before winter.
