South Hampton June 26th 2020 reminders

THIS EMAIL BULLETIN IS BEING SENT TO ALL OWNERS

Hello all,
With the summer season upon us we wanted to send out a few important reminders in the coming weeks to help everyone be good owners and guests at South Hampton.  Please be sure to pass this on to any guests or co-owners of your unit so they can also be aware.

PARKING UNDER THE BUILDING

Each South Hampton unit is given two (2) round numbered gold stickers every year. This allows for an owner with that sticker in their window to park in the “Under the building parking area.”  Please realize there are ONLY 14 total parking spots under the building.  While each unit received two (2) gold stickers this does not mean they can or should park two cars under the building.  Only one (1) car per unit can be parked under the garage at any time and long term parking in that area is not permitted so everyone can use those spots periodically.

PETS

South Hampton POA’s Master Deed; Article V; Easements, Covenants and Restrictions; section (J) states “Owners shall be permitted to keep common household pets, including but not limited to, dogs and cats, within their unit subject to the rules, regulations and policies adopted by the HOA.  At no time and under no circumstances will renters or guests be allowed to maintain or harbor pets in any unit or within any common area.”  This serves as an extra reminder that renters or guests are not permitted to have pets in South Hampton.  Just like everywhere else in Horry County and Myrtle Beach pets should be kept on leashes and cleaned up after at all times.
