 Happy Wednesday morning…

 I am happy to report that the KPMA Board of Directors has unanimously approved the following Motion:

 That the Annual Members’ Meeting as well as the KPMA Board Meeting, both scheduled for May 16, have been delayed to Saturday, August 15. “

 Please ask your Property Managers to advise all of your Subordinate Association members of that meeting date change as well as to report the following:.                                           

 1)   The Special Meeting focusing on Reserve Studies and Responsibilities, previously scheduled for Friday, May 15, will be rescheduled at a later time.

 2)   Consideration of the Landscape Project for all of Kingston Plantation is indefinitely postponed.
