Good morning. 

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and executive orders in every state, the official May Harley Davidson rally was rescheduled and will take place in October 2020.

The Atlantic Beach Bike Rally normally held over Memorial Weekend was moved to Labor Day Weekend. 

The above was confirmed today by A-Services Group (KPMA security contractor) after consulting with SCHP and HC officials. 

In light of the fact that hotels, motels and campgrounds are now accepting rentals, there is the possibility that bikers may arrive at Kingston Plantation for the originally scheduled May rally dates.  Herein lies the challenge, motorcycle trailer parking is not permitted at Kingston Plantation and will not be available at Club Status during the May rally dates. 

We are asking that you, as the managing agents for sub-associations in Kingston Plantation, please send an email to owners advising them that there will be no motorcycle trailer parking available for their guests.  Owners, in turn, are responsible for contacting and advising their rental agent(s) of the unavailability of motorcycle trailer parking.

Looking forward to the fall motorcycle rallies (Harley and sport bikes), KPMA has contacted a local commercial property owner and asked if they would partner with us and allow our guests to park their motorcycle trailers on their property.  If an agreement is worked out, there will be a fee to park the motorcycle trailers in the parking area.
