The Homeowner’s Lounge rules, and key fob info is attached owner’s your review.  The board will issue only one key fob per owner unit.  The key fob program will be handled the same as the parking placard program.  Each owner will need to see our building maintenance manager to fill out the acknowledgement form and receive a fob.  Fobs will be activated within 2 business days after they’re issued.  The board plans to update the Homeowners pool access to utilize the same key fob as being issued for the Homeowner’s Lounge access in the near future.  Renters and guests will still use the pool code issued.
